Karate for Littles
With a focus on discipline, control over one’s mind and body and ultimately, self-confidence, the Karate for Littles program builds on self-defense skills and martial art techniques. Incorporated in this program is extensive stretching and constant aerobic exertion. The results are increased aerobic capacity, strength and awareness of one’s body. Your child will burn tons of energy, build strength, and in general, get their metabolism kicked into high gear. Also learned is good balance and proper tumbling to prepare them for the next level. Students will also learn about anti-bullying and respect for others.
Our instructors are all certified and decorated black belts that have experience working with Littles. Classes vary from 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on age groups.
