FunFitness is a supplementary program that combines fitness, track and field and basic gymnastics. It is taught in a variety of forms in all our programs and phases. We teach the fundamentals through age appropriate drills and exercises. Coaches focus on skills like agility, flexibility, endurance and core strength.
We also offer a stand alone FunFitness program. This is great option for kids who might not be as interested in sports – but who love to be active.
